For your comfort and safety during steam and heat-based treatments, we recommend arriving well-hydrated and drinking plenty of water before your appointment.
You do not need to bring anything with you — towels, slippers, and robes are provided. You’re welcome to bring personal items if you prefer.
For Moroccan Bath guests: Men are kindly asked to bring an extra pair of underwear or boxers to change into after the service.
No. Alem Spa provides towels, robes, and slippers for all guests. Simply arrive hydrated and ready to relax.
The Moroccan Bath is a traditional cleansing ritual performed in a warm steam environment. It includes black soap application and full-body exfoliation to remove dead skin, boost circulation, and leave the skin soft and refreshed.
Some services may not be recommended during pregnancy. We ask that pregnant guests consult their healthcare provider before booking and inform us in advance so we can guide you safely.
Please let us know prior to your appointment. We’re happy to adjust techniques or products when possible. Guests with medical conditions should consult their physician before booking.
The Smoke Bath is designed to be gentle and relaxing. You may feel warmth and light perspiration, but the experience should never be painful. Please let us know immediately if you feel uncomfortable.
Smoke Bath — Steam Only is a 45-minute herbal steam experience focused on gentle cleansing and relaxation.
Smoke Bath — Herbal Feminine Detox includes the steam experience plus additional treatments such as hair butter therapy and body butter application for deeper restoration.
Yes. You’re welcome to relax quietly or engage in conversation — your comfort always comes first.
• Smoke Bath accommodates up to five guests when booked together as a group.
• Individual Smoke Bath sessions are scheduled with spacing between guests.
• Moroccan Bath accommodates up to two guests at a time.
• Golden Package reserves the Moroccan Hammam for the first portion of the service.
• Ethiopian Hair Butter Treatments may be booked independently and do not affect Hammam or Smoke Bath availability.
We recommend avoiding harsh products for 24 hours, staying hydrated, and moisturizing regularly to maintain your results.
Results vary by service and individual, but most guests enjoy smoother skin, improved hydration, and relaxation benefits for several days to weeks.
Mild sensitivity can occur. If discomfort persists, discontinue any new products and contact us or your healthcare provider for guidance.

Yes. Many guests enjoy combining services for a more complete wellness experience. Multiple services can be selected during booking.
When two or more qualifying services are booked for the same visit, a 10% bundled savings is applied in person at the spa during checkout.
Please note: the Ethiopian Hair Butter Treatment does not qualify for the discount when booked individually or as an add-on.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and goes toward your total service cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Yes. All guests are required to complete Alem Spa’s consent form prior to receiving services.

Yes. Select services offer optional enhancements that may be selected during booking or requested at your appointment, subject to availability.
The Moroccan Finishing Scrub is a traditional perfumed body scrub applied at the end of your Moroccan Bath to further polish the skin and leave a beautifully scented, radiant finish.
The Aromatic Smoke Finish is an optional enhancement that adds a traditional perfumed smoke ritual at the end of select Smoke Bath services for a deeply grounding and aromatic experience.
The AlemSpa Membership offers consistent care, priority booking, and exclusive savings for guests who visit regularly.
The Golden Package is a full luxury experience combining several signature services into one deeply restorative session. It’s ideal for special occasions or when you want a complete reset.
AlemSpa gift cards are delivered digitally for convenience.
Yes. Gift cards can be scheduled for delivery on a date of your choosing.
Gift cards may be used toward any AlemSpa service or package.
No. AlemSpa gift cards do not expire and may be used whenever the recipient is ready.
